Presenting final designs with the community and how we have responded

Phase 5 – Planning submission
Informing the community of the planning submission

Phase 6 – Pre-Construction
Notify residents of key dates/construction update

We have been consulting on the scheme since 2024. During this period, we have delivered 11 public exhibitions, 6 community steering group meetings, 8 dedicated sessions with residents and family members of 291 Harrow Road and 1–2 Elmfield Way and engaged directly with 110 young people.
